Responsible for all aspects of a guests dining experience - walking them through the menu and the restaurant concept, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and engaging in a friendly and hospitable manner. They must be effective communicators, work efficiently, have the desire to work as a team, and a strong attention to detail. They need to be able learn the menu and be able to make suggestions, and ensure that all tables are enjoying their meals and experience. Must have fine dining experience and be able to obtain all necessary certifications, including but not limited to Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Service.

Responsible for greeting and seating guests, maintaining menus and cleanliness of entryway and signage, coordinating seating arrangements and making sure the timing and flow of the evening are maintained.  Effective communication, excellent customer service, organization skills are crucial for success in this role.  Seeking someone who is professional, personable, hospitable and friendly. Responsible for daily mise-en-place, managing and executing a station during service in a timely and efficient manner. Must be able to read and follow recipes and standards, maintain food quality and restaurant standards, as well as practicing proper food storage & handling.  Must have the ability to work as a team, willing to learn new skills and take on new tasks, while helping to assist at other stations.  Should have the ability to demonstrate a clam and composed demeanor while working in a fast paced environment.
